Any idea what the name of this is. We found it in the Big Bend state park.
Hi, your arachnid is a solfugid often called sun spiders or camel spiders.Order Solifugae.
Strong probability it is a male Eremobates genus.
Not dangerous, but can be quick and give a good pinch if grabbed in the hand.
