By using Google Lens to scan image, finally found is possibly Dolomedes Tenebrosus - Dark Fishing Spider. ?
Have had 1 to 2 every month inside our house sense January.
Haven't been able to find a match on Google.com, or haven't been sure till now when was able to get a clear photo and scan it with app.

The color pattern is wrong for Dolomedes. This looks like the European House Spider, Eratigena atrica. It was introduced to North America in the late 20th century and is common throughout western Europe and the UK.

The synonymy for E. atrica, dullica, and saeva as all E. atrica was undone after DNA testing. Back to E. duellica for this one.
Found it at the top of the wall. Used the food container and moved it over a magazine so could release it outside.
Thanks for catching and releasing! The food container plus stiff paper method is my favorite technique for transporting spiders and insects.
