Hi, this is one of the giant crab spiders, Sparassidae family. None of these are dangerous at all.
Looks to be Olios species (golden huntsman) To my know, they are not known in the UK. You do have the brown huntsman.
You might have a hitchhiker there, suitable for a pet.
So you can see they are gentle giants, a video for you
