We have several of these and they are starting to come back this year. Mostly found alone the ceiling in my kitchen.

Long-legged Sac Spider, Cheiracanthium mildei. You can reduce the number of spiders you find in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation, etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
