He was the size of a quarter. With his legs somewhat tucked into his body. Just chilling on my kitchen floor. All black body.id like to know the legs and body were glossy but his back side was matte black

Someone help me identify its species
Hi. this is a corklid trapdoor spider, Ummidia genus. Not dangerous but may bite defensively.
That saddle on the tibia is consistent for the genus.
