I believe these to be Spider Eggs - this was found on the tree trunk of a - Acer Palmatum Thunb - commonly known as the Smooth Japanese-maple tree.
The orange color gave it presence away.

You might want to try an insect group for these, I don’t think a spider made them.
You are amazing as always. Thank you for the prompt response and for guiding me in the right direction. My cursory search for whose these eggs might belong to leads me to the conclusion that these are Ladybug eggs. Thanks once again.
