Does anyone know what type of spider this is?

Hi. Certainly a funnel weaver, not a hobo which are not known in your location. Not that it matters, hobos are quite harmless.
This could be Coras species, or Tegenaria species perhaps. Not certain for the detail here.

Hobo spider, maybe?
Hobos lack any banding or patterns on the legs. Here is my female hobo:
