Again 4th 1 ive killed today in apt on ground level i have a baby in the house worried

Hi. I really hate to say this, but squish first,,ID later, usually doesnt work well.
What I see, doesn’t look to be a dangerous sort. Biggest problem I know with toddlers about is they are prone to eat such critters, and no harm in that short of the spider.
If you can trap one with a glass and pist an image of a live one, Likely it can be identified.

If you live in a rented home you may have some Health Code rights to have your landlord seal cracks that allow spiders and insects to enter your home. The problem is that he or she might try to use pesticides around your home. My neighbor dealt with this problem by getting the landlord to agree to letting her do the repairs and having him pay her for her time and materials.
