Looked like a black widow , maybe a brown recluse? Should it on my kitchen. What should I do did it lay eggs what precautions should take?

Perhaps a jumping spider. A bite probably means nothing more than a small red welt.
Yes, it does look like a blurry jumping spider. If you can post a clearer photo in a new post we might be able to be more specific. Jumping spiders are not something to worry about. They’re actually popular pets right now. Whatever it is you can make it and yourself happier by escorting it to the Great Outdoors. To catch a spider or insect put a clear bowl or glass over it and slip a piece of thick paper underneath to humanely trap it.
Not sure from this image but likely Phidippus audax (Bold Jumper).
