Pretty sure that’s a jumping spider

Might be from the larger size family of them. I saw one here in So. CA for the first time around 2 years ago. Was huge compared to the rest of the spiders here and was very aggressive. Like most spiders they only bite when they feel threatened, but if this is one of the bigger ones they can be very intimidating. These are probably the largest jumper in the US, but still far from huge, perhaps 13MM or less. An eastern Europe species can get 22MM, the largest known. Many may take their movements as aggressive, but these spiders are far from aggressive at all. They don’t bite, not unless trapped against the skin, and then, nothing as bad as a bee sting. Hi. I am quite certain this is male Phidippus audax, the bold jumping spider. Very harmless and people friendly.
More a curious sort with their good eyesight, they may come to you, scoping you out.
Often put a finger down they crawl on and on your hands. Gladly pose for photos. I just put them back after a play session and let them go on their way.
Many people keep them for pets, probably more popular than tarantulas.

If I see this right, the spots color suggest this is sub adult yet, they turn white on adults.
