We found this spider on my daughters sofa today. I released it into the backyard.
Hi. I feel confident in suggesting the woodlouse hunter, Dysdera crocata.
These will pose no risk to you at all, they are one of the welcome spiders in my home.
Natural predators of woodlouse, so if you have excessive numbers of those, these are good exterminators.
Outdoors is just fine otherwise.
