According to my other pics it’s a noble false widow
I would agree with the ID, a noted feature for these is the unique pattern on the dorsal abdomen.
Flavors can vary a bit, that and your location makes for an intelligent conclusion.
The tarsus on the first legs shows cobweb spider, that alone eliminates most families, a lot of species.
