Hi. Certainly one of the Dolomedes fishing spiders, looks more like dark fishing spider, Dolomedes tenebrosus.

Not dangerous at all,quick if spooked, may only be aggressive protecting eggs or young in her nursery web.
I agree with Dan that it’s definitely a part of the genus Dolomedes, but to me it looks more like Dolmedes albineus (white banded fishing spider)
