i don’t know what this is but it was crawled on my arm and i was absolutely terrified and i slapped it so hard and ran and i want to know what it is help

Hi. I can only suggest something like a hacklmesh weaver ( black lace weaver) Amaurobiidae family.
Probably Amaurobius genus.

They are not going to bite you just crawling on you, but smacking them against the skin, can provoke a bite,perhaps like a mild bee sting.
Get past the start and just let the spider crawl off, then deal with it how you see fit.
I just carry them outside and release them.
