Comments & ID Thoughts

I found this spider crawling around my bedroom floor, and I'm wondering if it's a harmless species of spider. From my research I would say it's either a Wolf Spider or a Fishing Spider. I'm not able to get a clear answer though because Wolf Spiders have long front legs while the one in the picture has shorter front legs. And a Fishing Spider is around 3-4 inches wide while the one in the picture was only around 3/4 of an inch wide. So basically the coloring matches the Wolf Spider shile the legs match the Fishing Spider. Maybe it's a different species entirely. Help would be much appreciated.

I’m struggling with the amount of detail here. Possibly a Running Crab Spider (Philodromidae), compare to Thanatus: https://bugguide.net/node/view/716395
