According to your website, it looks like a Steatoda Triangulosa (Triangulate Cobweb Spider). I found it inside a built-in storage bench in front of a window in my house (I’ve never actually opened this bench until today). It took like there might be eggs around it. The picture isn’t very clear and I didn’t get very close to it but I looked like it had triangles on the back.
