I found this spider right outside my apartment located above the door structure. Not sure if it is poisonous but I want to make sure so I can let the landlord know.

Hi, I can’t determine the exact species from this image but the spider is in an orb-web, no species of orb-weaver is considered to be of medical significance. It’s not one to worry over.
