From panhandle of Texas. Discovered indoors on the wall in the late evening. One of many discovered over the past years, all the same kind. Unable to tell if this is a house spider or brown recluse. Any help would be greatly appreciate as I have small children I am concerned about.

Yes, this is a Brown Recluse (Loxosceles reclusa). (ID to species based on range, keep in mind you’ve found many over the years presumably without incident.)
