I believe this is a Bold Jumping Spider, but I could be wrong. It's got green little "fangs" (I don't have the first clue about spider anatomy). I have no idea if it's male or female. This little one was found crawling across my dorm room ceiling at WOU :)

Yup! You found yourself a bold / daring jumping spider! Phidippus audax
It’s currently there prime month! Looks like you got a female since there’s seems to be a lack of two super fluffy front legs but male if there are 😀 love these guys!
And you were very close on the spider anatomy. The shiny green things are chelacerae. They are the parts that hold and move the fangs. They also hold the venom which moves through a duct into the hollow fangs.
