I find these spiders under the edging stones in the backyard. They like to eat the pill bugs. No idea what they are, though.

I might have answered my own question. I believe it is a Dysdera crocata. Woodlouse hunter.
Good job! Yes, I think pill bugs are a kind of woodlouse. The Woodlouse Hunters’ fangs are long and curved in a way that lets them spear or pinch the insects. Nice photo of the spider with its prey!
I ran a google search on pill bugs/roly-polys/potato bugs and yes, they do appear to be a type of woodlouse.
