That looks alot like the spider I’m trying to identify in western North Carolina. Was it large? As in about the same circumference of an apple or orange?
It was fairly large. It’s in the bottom of a dill pickle jar. I’d say it’s circumference was that of a baseball.

ItsyBitsy I’m no spider expert but I really think this is the same spider I posted that you tentatively identified as a nursery web spider. It looked exactly like this one, maybe a tad larger with the small body and long legs
Same family, different genus. I don’t see any banding on the legs of your spider and what is visible of the carapace and abdomen looks more consistent with a mature male Pisaurina mira. The legs on yours look proportionally a bit longer also.
