Comments & ID Thoughts
This spider was living in my garage under a vehicle that I recently imported from Seattle to Atlanta. I was bitten by a spider when I was working under the vehicle - I remember my arm brushing against a web. The next day I had painful bit on my shoulder that caused nodes on my neck to become swollen. I went back a few days later and found a web that stretched from the car to the ground in seemingly disorganized strands. I took some photos and used a metal hook to carefully pull the spider out. It curled up into a ball when touched. I captured it in a jar for ID. It's totally possible that I was bitten by something else. The bite was on my shoulder under the collar. My neck and scalp are affected by pain too. No necrotic lesion.
