Brown widow or black widow? Found in a tiny space in a cabinet inside my home. The eggs did not appear spiky which makes me think these are black widows. I am not sure.I live in a garage apartment that has a problem with widows both black and brown.

I agree, Steatoda triangulosa. They can kill many kinds of insects as well as ticks and other spiders. They prefer to live in dark enclosed places.
