Found it in my house when we were redoing the floors and I have no clue what it could be. Initially thought it was some sort of crab spider but someone told me it was a huntsman which I’ve never seen anywhere near where I live.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Running Crab Spider (Philodromidae/Philodromus sp.), not to be confused with Crab Spiders (Thomisidae) or Huntsman Spiders/Giant Crab Spiders (Sparassidae) which represent different families.
