Salticidae (Jumping Spider), rather distinctive looking. Maybe someone will recognize it and chime in.

Identified the species as RHENE DANIELLE(Family:Araneidae)

Hi, Rhene looks great, thanks. I’m not sure of species though – there is no such species as Rhene danielle, there is a Rhene danieli however and I assume that’s what was intended. There are 17 species in the genus listed for India and I’m not seeing images labeled as R. danieli that are a spot-on match to yours so I have some reservations about filing to species. The family is Salticidae (Jumping Spiders) … Araneidae are Orb-weavers.
