This is the shed exoskeleton, moult (exuviae) of a Segestria species, tube web spider. They make tube webs in holes with trip lines radiating out from the entrance to catch passing prey. They sit in the tube with three pairs of legs facing forwards, and throwback pair used to kinda anchor them in.
