I found this behemoth in tall grass. I really need to know if it's venomous because I want nothing more than to hold this spider

Is it a wolf spider?

Awwww. Just hold her lightly, she’s sensitive to physical pressure and the feeling of being trapped. Those are the things that can lead her to bite in self-defense. She has some venom for killing prey, it isn’t medically significant to most humans. Have fun!
