Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is one of the Western Ageleninae (Agelenidae, Funnel Weavers, Grass Spiders). There are several similar looking genera out west.
Are they poisonous or does the bite do damage? It was on my 3 month old.
Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance to people and are unlikely to bite except in self defense. Everyone’s immune system is different though, and a baby’s isn’t fully developed so I don’t know what sort of reaction there would be. They’re not really adapted to life indoors, if you have been seeing them inside they’re probably wandering in by mistake. You can safely reduce their numbers by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside.
