I’m deathly afraid of spiders and chose to face my fear when I saw this guy “jumping” on my orchid. I live in Lilburn, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. I IDed him through Google (Georgia Spooted Spider) and came up with Anasaitis canosa!

I think you are correct with Anasaitis canosa. Others will check our identification still. I’m glad you are facing your fear. It definitely helps to learn more and take photos of things you fear. My husband is afraid of heights but he joined me standing on a cliff (no selfies were taken) on a mountain today. He did well with it. 🙂 Jumping spiders are popular as pets.
