Pic Taken in east Texas on sidewalk at front door/entry area of house. It is rural piney woods area. She is about the size of a half dollar with lots of babies on her back. Please tell me the type spider and if dangerous

Hi, this is a Wolf Spider (Lycosidae). They’re not considered to be of medical significance. Unfortunately there’s not enough detail in the image to ID her past family with certainty.
