I found this spider living in a small hole in my workplace.
It's no bigger than 3 to 4 cm.
More pictures are difficult to get because the spider rarely comes out of it's hole but I will try to get more if requested.

Awesome. Thanks a bunch! Was an interesting discovery. Contemplating whether or not to remove it, as it seems that it could be poisonous.
Judgement call. Professional office environment or a store I’d remove it, warehouse or other informal environment I wouldn’t think anything of it. The females tend to keep to themselves in their webs and are only likely to bite in self defense.
