This is the first one of these I have seen. I need to know if poisonous. To keep kids safe without moving the spider to a more remote location around house.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Tropical Orbweaver, Eriophora ravilla.
Like most spiders they have venom but are not conisidered to be of medical significance to people and are only likely to bite in self defense.
