I would think such a striking spider would be easy to track down. Nicky Bay has a somewhat similar one labeled as a Hamataliwa sp. (https://www.flickr.com/photos/nickadel/14737600359/in/album-72157631558530861/), and I see this one on iNaturalist. but I haven’t come across one with a firm ID.
