Can anybody tell me what this spider is and is it poisonous it came out of the fan above my stove while I was about to start cooking? Also is this a rare spider and Will it eat insects and can I keep it as a captive spider as a pet? I am very intrigued by this thing it looks like a Billy badass little guy!!!

Can anybody out there tell me what the spider is he looks pretty cool and I have not been a spider guy ever until I found this little guy if he is not poisonous and he will not bite me or my dog I will let him loose back in the house if he is poisonous and rare I would like to go to the pet store and get a proper environment to keep him in does anybody have any suggestions out there please let me know if anybody would like a better picture please let me know thank you… Read more »
Also I caught him and put him in a sealed Tupperware container how long can I keep this little guy in there I do not want to hurt him should I turn Him loose outside or something I am looking for an immediate response so I do not harm the spider I am new to spiders all together but I do not hate them or kill them

Looks like some kind of jumping spider
It does look like a jumping spider, maybe a Bold Jumper or Twin-flagged. A clearer photo would help. It needs to be posted as a new post. If you want to keep it as a pet It needs air, a live small insect to eat, a place to hide, and a cotton ball kept wet or water droplets. They are popular and there is probably a lot of experienced advice online about keeping them. It isn’t a web spider though it can make silk.
