Sparassidae – Heteropoda would be my first guess, but it seems unlikely in North America.
I would think a dolomedes tenebrosus, but it seems a bit too orange.i am not sure if they look different just because where you live, but I’m assuming it’s in the dolomedes family.

Yes, I think so. They do often have orange leg bands.
