Found this little one in our kitchen this evening. TAbout 7-8mm long. Think it's probably a Bold Jumper.

The bold jumpers are usually black with white markings and bright green or blue fangs. Not sure what kind this guy is though, there are so many different brown jumping spiders. You could look on bugguide.net if you want to try to find his kind specifically.
