This spider was in a pot. It is bigger than my hand. White gray black. Jumps. When I tried to hit it, it curled up in to a ball(sorry spider lovers, I didn’t want to kill it, but I had to)

Just off the top of my head, it looks like a Wolf Spider.

To be specific, I think this one is a Carolina Wolf Spider (Hogna Carolinensis).
We found another one around the corner
