Inundated with these on our houseboat moored in middle of Lake Mcclure. Been here for 20 years, this is the First year we have seen these in such numbers.

Please help me identify and how to get rid of them
Looks like a male Menemerus semilimbatus, a virtually harmless species of jumping spider. There are many threads online regarding spiders infesting boats. They may just like all the insects on the water, or it may be an indication that you have an insect infestation onboard, which is a much bigger worry IMO. If you can’t stand them, you’ll probably want to contact a pest control company.
