Comments & ID Thoughts

Any ideas as to what type of spider this is? Is it venomous/poisonous? I found it above a basket of my 5 month old daughters clothes.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

False Wolf Spider (Zoropsidae), cf. Titiotus sp.. Like most spiders they have venom but are unlikely to bite except in self defense and are not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
