Does anyone know if this spider is dangerous for animals? Found outside on patio
Hi, see above image for ID. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance to people and are unlikely to bite except in self defense. You said animals though and I have no way of knowing for sure how different animals would react though I imagine larger animals might have similar reactions to people and pose a real threat to very small creatures.
