I think it is a male Lady Bird spider or Erusus Sandaliatus. Seen today on the road near Tavertet, Barcelona, Spain.

It is unusual for North-East Spain? Is it poisonous?
Yes it is Eresus and if you get bitten it has symptoms like fever and tiredness for several hours they are pretty venomous and females can bite (Even if they are pretty shy spiders and there isn’t so much report of Eresus bites there is one report of dead child bitten by adult female of E.) btw that is a male
