Comments & ID Thoughts
was hoping you may be able to help me. I have a visitor from Tunisia, this morning we found this in the area of where they had a bag of dates they brought over.
Noone in health department seems to know to help and pest control people dont know how to analyze this especially if nots common to this area.
There is a chance its local but since the spider was found by the fruit and we read that there are dangerous spiders from that area, we are not taking any chances.
Thanks for your help.email edtsunshine@gmail.com or here

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Your spider looks like a local, though I suppose it could also be something similar from Tunisia. Your spider looks like a Woodlouse Hunter, Dysdera crocata.
