I've never seen this spider but they are popping up all over this year. It's similar to a wolf spider, but smaller, and it has an orange thorax (back) with a black abdomen and legs. Abdomen is noticeably smaller than thorax. It's not super fuzzy/hairy, but it's also not without hair lie a recluse or widow. It is a seemingly timid spider. Easily captured in a container and balls up for protection immediately. Does not seem to jump. Seems like maybe has a similar shape to a woodlouse hunter
