Fishing ? Or Orb spider?? No idea have lived here forever in the country- farmlands and mountain area of Northeast PA. Never saw it before - now 2 in my very small pond on larger Lilly pad - And it does swim. Size is almost two US Quarters size or half dollar coin. Big enough in size it should be getting mail and paying taxes lol - any info appreciated
