During the day hours I don’t see it and there are 2. One in one window and the other in another window, same room. Last night was the first time spotting them and I would say they both are the same size. About the size of a quarter or a little bigger. They just seemed to sit there but I was not going to disturb either of them. I think they may be a garden spider variety but I am unsure if they are poisonous.
Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Cross Orb-weaver, Araneus diadematus. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance to people, everyone’s immune system is different though. They’re beneficial and help to keep the insect population in check.
