I found this boi in very strong web. He is not that big but those kind of spiders are very rare in my country so I’m wondering what kind of spider is this, is it venomous and can i keep him in some kind of container.

I did some research and i came across Araneus gemmoides cat face orb something. Is this true and can someone confirm this.
Hi, she is an orb web spider, also called an orbweaver. I don’t know what species it is, Araneus could be the right genus. If you type genus names into Wikipedia the articles will say what countries have the various species in that genus. Almost all spiders have venom. They inject into into their prey for a fast kill. Orbweavers aren’t dangerous to most humans. Very few spiders are dangerous. I have a common spider crawling on my keyboard and I’m trying to type around it.
