Found at base of rotten tree trunk, had egg sack underneath

My husband found this spider as he was taking out a rotted tree trunk. Spider was next to truck in small depression and had an egg sack. Is it a wolf spider? Pic is enlarged to see detail- it was about 1.5”.
I’m nearly certain this is a dark fishing spider.
