Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 The way the legs are sticking out and the ripped appearance of the abdomen make me think this is just exuvium (shed skin from a molt). It would help to see the eyes but I suspect some sort of Huntsman Spider (Sparassidae). Like most spiders they have venom but are generally not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though and the typical reaction to expect from a bite of many species are not well documented.
