Is this a daddy long legs? I looked them up on google and they look similar but some of the pics have different markings.

Hi, this is a Cellar Spider, probably genus Pholcus. The common name Daddy Long Legs is used for several species, that’s why they looked different. There are tiny markings that are used to tell Pholcus species apart. They have distinctive looking joints in their legs, as a group. They aren’t dangerous at all, despite to melodramatic username you chose. 😉
At first I thought long bodied cellar, but I think you have a marbled cellar spider. Either way, these little guys are harmless, they will even eat other spiders, even large species like a wolf spider or black widow.
