Comments & ID Thoughts
Araneus Cavatitis? It is living behind the valence over my kitchen sink on the north side. I first noticed him in December. He is a very messy web weaver. He has grown to at least 4 times his initial size. I seem to have one there every other year. Some years the web is neat, this year it is stretched all over a 4 foot area and has no shape or sense to it. They never seem to live past late April - Early May.
